Spring Flora – Embroidered postcards – with Textiles by Murron

In this three-hour workshop, you’ll create your own embroidered postcard combining textile printmaking and hand embroidery techniques.

Taking inspiration from spring florals and their folkloric meanings, symbols of renewal, protection, and hope, you’ll experiment with colour, texture, and composition to design a tactile keepsake that celebrates the turning of the season.

Guided by textile artist, Murron Fraser, you’ll explore both creative processes and storytelling through stitch, producing a contemporary artwork rooted in natured and tradition.
