Planting
Planting time Sept-Dec, Plant 4″/10 cm apart and 4″/10 cm deep
Soil/Position
Sunny, preferably an area which does not receive direct sunlight during mid-day and where tulips have not been grown in recent years. Any soil provided drainage is satisfactory.
Expert advice
Remove flowers when they begin to fade. Top dressing after planting of a slow acting fertilizer like bone-meal will assist the flowering.
