Gordon Rigg Garden Centres want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please follow the simple steps below so we can rectify any problems.
Returning unwanted items
Should you wish to return any unsuitable item(s) you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund. After this 7 day period a refund will not be offered. You will be required to pay the return postage costs. Returns must be made within a further 7 days. Refunds will not be given until goods are received by us.
All items returned to us must have a receipt, be in the original packaging, have all labels still attached and be in a re-saleable condition. If not, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a percentage off the price paid for the product(s).
We strongly advise you to use a returns method that can be tracked, or at least obtain proof of postage. Returns should be sent to the address below. Please include the returns form (please request this via our email address below) and a copy of the sales transaction.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you a replacement or refund. Please arrange this on the telephone number below or via email.
Items may also be returned personally to either of our Garden Centres for an exchange, refund or credit note provided all documentation is returned with the item(s) and the above returns policy is followed.
If the returned item(s) has not been received by us in a re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or we can deduct a percentage off the price paid for the product(s). The Returns Form must be included.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us on the telephone number/email address listed below so we can arrange for it to be returned at our expense and for us to send you your correct item.
