Herb Sorrel Volare

Adding a lemony zing to salads, sauces, pasta and egg dishes, Sorrel ‘Volare’ is a hardy perennial herb which once sown, can be harvested for years. Easy and fast growing, sorrel is one of the earliest of crops, being ready to harvest from late spring. The leaves are packed with vitamin C and best picked when young and tender with a slight crunch. Height and Spread:45cm(18″).
